Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, self starter and results-driven Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support our overall business objectives. This position requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and technical skills to effectively reach our target audience across various platforms.
Duties
•
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote products and services.
•
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
•
Create engaging content for various channels including websites, social media, email campaigns, and advertisements.
•
Optimize website content for SEO to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
•
Manage email marketing campaigns from conception to execution, analyzing performance metrics for continuous improvement.
•
Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
•
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in e-commerce and digital marketing.
•
Maintain, prospect and build opportunities for welding and fabrication services.
•
Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure satisfaction and capitalize on opportunities.
Skills
•
Proficiency in HTML for web content management.
•
Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and tools.
•
Experience with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) to measure campaign effectiveness.
•
Ability to conduct thorough market research and analysis.
•
Knowledge of SEO techniques to enhance online visibility.
•
Familiarity with Google Ads and other advertising platforms for effective ad placement.
•
Strong budgeting skills to manage marketing expenditures efficiently.
•
Experience in e-commerce marketing strategies is a plus.
•
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
