Position Overview:

We are hiring an experienced Maritime Crane Operator for long-term work in our Mobile, AL . The ideal candidate will already have hands-on experience operating cranes in a port, shipyard, or maritime environment. This role requires precision, responsibility, and strong adherence to safety procedures.

Responsibilities:

Operate maritime cranes to load and unload cargo, containers, or heavy materials.

Conduct equipment inspections and perform basic maintenance checks.

Work closely with ground crews, signalers, and supervisors to ensure safe lifting operations.

Follow OSHA, port authority, and company safety standards at all times.

Maintain accurate operational and maintenance logs.

Requirements: Minimum of 3+ years of crane operating experience, preferably in maritime/port operations.

Valid crane operator certification/license required.

Strong knowledge of rigging, lifting signals, and maritime safety practices.

Ability to work outdoors in variable weather conditions.

Dependable, safety-focused, and team-oriented.
