Equipment Operator

Excavating, backfilling, dredging, rip rap installation with excavator and compacting. This is a skilled operator position. We are looking for individuals with construction experience. We are willing to train the right person for dredging. Any tools required for this position will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate construction equipment and tools

Daily reports and maintenance records

Collaborate with the project team to ensure timely and accurate project completion

Lift and handle heavy materials

Qualifications:

Hard working with physical strength and stamina

Operating a variety of hand and power tools, machinery, and equipment necessary for marine construction tasks

Able to work outdoors in varied temperatures

Exhibit a proactive and motivated approach to task completion

Self-motivated

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

Have a positive attitude

A team player

Willing to learn

Able to follow instructions from supervisors

A valid Driver’s License, and reliable transportation is a must.
