Manufacturing Labourer

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the overall operations of our facility. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Duties

- Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.

- Perform general maintenance tasks including cleaning and organizing work areas.

- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.

- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure project goals are met.

- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.

- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the role.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required.

- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.

- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.

- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week
