1. Design, implement and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance production efficiency.
2. Analyze workflow, space requirements and equipment layout to ensure production targets are met.
5. Work with QC on nonconformance issues and dispositions of nonconforming material.
6. Promotes continuous improvement, quality, productivity, adherence to ISO 9001 standard, teamwork, waste elimination and safety.
7. Introduction of new jobs, engineering change orders, process prints and engineering drawings.
8. Pre-planning of specialty tooling/tooling needed for upcoming jobs.

Reporting to the President, you will leverage your core skills in manufacturing, process engineering, and lean manufacturing to enhance operational efficiency. Your premium expertise in AutoCAD, root cause analysis, and project scheduling will support innovative solutions and continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, your relevant knowledge in CNC programming, robotics, and mechanical engineering will contribute to the successful execution of projects, driving the organization towards excellence in manufacturing practices.
