What You’ll Do

- Lead and manage capital equipment projects from concept to implementation

- Drive continuous improvement using Lean tools like Value Stream Mapping

- Conduct time studies and develop labor standards and SOPs

- Optimize workflows, layouts, and space utilization for efficiency

- Collaborate cross-functionally to solve problems and implement solutions

- Support safety initiatives through ergonomic assessments and OSHA compliance

- Provide technical support for new products and design-for-manufacturing efforts

- Deliver daily floor support and contribute to strategic manufacturing plans

What You Bring to the Team

- Bachelor’s in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience)

- 2+ years in manufacturing engineering preferred

- Strong project management and problem-solving skills

- Mechanical aptitude and ability to lead teams

- Experience with Lean/Continuous Improvement methodologies

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and ERP/MRP systems

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively

- Passion for driving results and making impactful improvements
