This position will be working on technology commercialization and help develop and build different mechanical and fluid systems.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes for mechanical and fluid systems

- Ensure manufacturing operations run smoothly and efficiently

- Refining the mechanical systems and embedded controls for performance, scalability, and reliability

- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team to take prototypes to deployment

- Work in a fast-paced environment to build, analyze, and optimize mechanical pump and thermal systems

- Evaluate system and material stability to various process conditions and at different working conditions

- Create CAD models for components and assemblies (SolidWorks preferred) and collaborate with venders for specific manufactured components.

Qualifications

Masters or Bachelor’s degree with strong background in Mechanical Engineering

- More than 5 years of industry experience

- Experience in working with suppliers and managing timelines

- Self-managed and driven. Thrives on challenges and getting things done.

- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

- Follow procedures with keen attention to details and approach problems with critical thinking.

- A track record of successful scale-up prototypes or experimentation

- Effective written and verbal communication skills

Pay: $100,076.00 - $108,083.00 per year
