Manufacturing Engineer - Flame Scanner

- Rich knowledge on the norms of flame scanner.

- Mechanical & Electrical design skills on the shop detailed drawing drafting, BOM list sorting is essent

- Knowledge of electric and electronic is basic requirement.

- Have much workshop experience.

- Be familiar with the requirement and standard for Ex- proof , especially the IEC and ATEX.

- Good English of reading/writing, spoken English is preferred.

- College degree and above of major in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronic.

- Minimum 3 years working experience on the instrument manufacturing

- Instrument design or fabrication experience on the burning management system

- Experience of production process of electronic.

- Good at AutoCAD,

- Knowledge in instrument measurement.

- Can design the electrical schematic diagram

- Always think about the team first

Responsibility

- The Flame scanner Engineer will work closely with the production team by providing technical support on the shop fabrication, assembly and function test, troubleshooting for flame scanners; test record and report preparation and other technic document update.

- Prepare the BOM list per project specification when get new orders, assemble and function test according to SOP ;this role should be responsible for quality of manufacturing process.

- Response the vendor’s question for the technical issue during the procurement.

- Optimization and improve the problems happened in manufacturing process.

- Repair and function test for flame scanner returned to workshop and submitted related report.

¥130,000 - ¥250,000 a year
