Manufacturing Associate / General Labor

Overview

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Laborers. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that support our operations and contribute to the overall success of our projects. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

- Grinding

- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.

- Powder Coating load/unload

- Effectively using heavy and light equipment

- Meet daily production requirements/goals

- Assisting in the production of various manufactured products

- Assist in the preparation and cleanup , ensuring a safe and organized workspace.

- Load and unload materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.

- Moving items from place to place, according to direction from the site supervisor

- Assist with Shipping and packaging parts

- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks accurately and on time.

- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and deadlines.

- Some specialized tasks may require on-the job training, which we provide.

Experience

- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role. 1 year minimum verifiable work experience in a similar position.

- Most recent employment in a similar position with separation on good terms.

Job Requirements

- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow directions effectively.

- Must be able to read and write English

- Must have reliable transportation

- Ability to work overtime as required

- Ability to maintain an excellent attendance record

- A willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Employment Type/Hours: Full Time / 40hrs / 4x10

Day Shift: Monday – Thursday 6:00AM - 4:30PM

Overtime as needed

Starting Pay Rate Range $16.00-$18.00 an hour. Pay rate is determined based upon experience.

Summary

As a General Laborer/Warehouse team member, you will be integral to the efficient operation of our manufacturing facility. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, your role will involve utilizing core skills in assembly line processes, mechanical knowledge, and factory operations to support production goals.
