Management Trainee Positions

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

(Depending on level of management trainee role, some or all of these might be part of the training process. This is not an exhaustive list.

+ Follow budget to help determine these quantities + Oversee maintaining of chemical usage log + Oversee maintaining MSDS

+ Assign work schedules and duties to employees, hire employees, and supervise their work

+ Enter time off hours and approve hours for payroll + Ensure all policies, procedure, and rules are being followed and those that violate are appropriately disciplined + Implement safety training + Explain and enforce safety regulations and policies to employees + Communicate organizational policies and procedures + Accommodate employees with a job with light duty restrictions
