Manager, Renewable Engineering (Energy Storage)

As a Manager, Renewable Engineering (Energy Storage), you will lead a team that performs engineering activities for utility scale energy storage projects throughout the United States and will support projects in certain selected Non-US markets. This role will lead a team of engineers ranging from 0 – 5 years work experience that provide safe and efficient design and augmentation strategies to deploy against customer and market requirements. This position will be located in our Chicago headquarters and will report to the Director, Renewable Engineering (Energy Storage).

- Provide administrative support for your team, including managing time off, expenses, goal setting, and providing both informal and formal performance reviews

- Together with your direct reports and other engineers on the battery storage engineering team, aid in the advancement and execution of battery storage projects, including the following:

Base Pay

$125,000.00 - $150,000.00 USD Annual

The base pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for the position. Invenergy considers a number of factors when determining base pay offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education and skills.
