This position will lead the sales support areas, including pricing and potentially customer service. Additionally, this individual must meet the minimum qualifications, demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities required for the position, and perform essential functions satisfactorily.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, economics, or a bachelor’s degree with a concentration in project management, or equivalent work experience is required. MBA preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in pricing and financial analysis (manufacturing/distribution industry preferred).
- Strong background in pricing strategy, forecasting, and cost control is essential.
- Expertise in both ERP systems (ProAlpha preferred) and CRM systems.
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills, along with the ability to prepare and deliver management-ready reports, are required.
- Extensive knowledge of the cabinet, functional hardware, and/or furniture industries is preferred.
- Proven ability to collaborate with C-level executives and international stakeholders is essential.

- Analyze sales data and market developments in order to provide actionable insights.
- Create accurate sales forecasts at both regional and territory levels, including both detailed and consolidated reports.
- Set growth targets, track sales performance, and provide management with scenario-based planning tools.
- Support accounting and finance with ad-hoc reports and projects, as well as margin/bonus evaluations.
- Report directly to the President and support the COO in the execution of strategic and financial tasks. Collaborate with members of the leadership team to assist the company in meeting its strategic goals and objectives.
- Prepare, analyze, and present both sales and financial reports.
- Support international pricing negotiations with Austria, Germany, and China to ensure competitiveness and alignment with market pricing.
- Provide data-driven recommendations during customer negotiations and pricing adjustments.
- Lead and coach team and staff to support their growth and development.
- Prepare and deliver monthly sales reports by region, territory, and total sales to all pertinent parties.
- Monitor weekly on-hand inventory reports (via ProAlpha) and coordinate with purchasing and supply chain to manage inventory risks.
- Conduct margin and profitability analyses, including baseline checks for bonus agreements and quarterly thresholds.
- Ensure compliance of sales processes with internal controls and PAP regulations.
- Prepare high-level presentations for Commitment, Board, and PIV meetings.
