NextEra is seeking a

Manager of Data Science

to join the newly formed Transformation Office within the Business Management organization. Business Management owns the P&L for the world’s largest portfolio of renewable assets and is responsible for ensuring these assets meet financial commitments.

This leader will spearhead advanced modeling, simulation, and analytics initiatives

to enable smarter investment, maintenance, and operational decisions,

working closely with finance and operations

to build scalable predictive and optimization models that drive enterprise-wide transformation.
