SUMMARY:
The Human Resource Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department for the assigned location including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, labor relations, employee relations, and enforcing company policies and practices. Ensures alignment with company values of

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise and develop HR staff; manage department workflow.
- Lead recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and retention strategies for the location.
- Oversee labor relations, contract interpretation, grievance resolution, and negotiations.
- Manage compensation, benefits, and compliance with employment laws.
- Develop employee engagement, training, and succession planning initiatives.
- Partner with leadership to align HR strategy with business goals, guidance on complex employee issues, investigations and disciplinary actions.
- Bachelor’s in HR, Business, or related field (Master’s/HR certification preferred).
- 5+ years HR management experience, including union labor relations leadership in a manufacturing setting.- Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of employment law and HRIS systems (ADP, UKG or similar).
