Job Title: Manager - Financial Planning & Investments
Reports to: Director Business Planning & Investment Location: In Office, Boston MA
The base salary range for this position is dependent upon experience and location, ranging from: $131,483.20 - $164,354
The Manager of Financial Planning and Investments for Avangrid will provide support to the Controller and the Business Analysis and Planning Executive Director across the Control organization. The job involves frequent interaction and coordination with Accounting, Business Analysis and Performance, Business (Networks, Power and Gas) controllers and Iberdrola Corporate Control. The position requires a strong specialization in Finance, valuation techniques and a good understanding of the energy markets.
+ Bachelor's Degree required with minimum of 8 years relevant work experience in the finance/control area. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. + Expert knowledge in Finance and enterprise valuation techniques + Strong financial modeling skills. + Demonstrated proficiency with Excel/spreadsheets
+ Excellent analytical and written / verbal communication skills + Self-starter + Strong Delivery focus + Ability to prioritize and use initiative at appropriate level + Ability to work effectively both individually and as a member of a team + Confidence to challenge/question where appropriate + Strong analytical skills + Sound organizational and time management skills
