What we expect… (Essential Functions)

Through coordination with the Project Manager, Site Manager, Site Quality Manager, and MEP Group Manager, the Manager, Energy Marshall Program directs activities and coordinates the day-to-day Energization program and procedures for the company, starting at project start up to full completion.

+ Hiring of new team members + Providing direction for staffing of current and upcoming projects + Counseling sheets and PIP as needed for team members + Updating staffing software utilized by Gray, to ensure utilization rates are within in the guidelines. + LOTO + Energization process + FOD inspection process + Tamper Seal Program + Any other energization process that falls within Gray Construction

Who we want… (Requirements)

The new team member is required to have a bachelor’s degree or technical/associate’s degree in a related field; and five years related experience; or the equivalent total of both experience and education totaling 10 years. The selected candidate will have excellent communication skills.
