The Manager, Document Management is responsible for establishing and maintaining comprehensive document management processes and systems across TNC’s projects and fleets. This role will lead the selection, implementation, and ongoing improvement of the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS), ensuring consistent and efficient control of project documentation from project initiation through closeout. Responsibilities include leading the selection, implementation, and administration of the EDMS, developing and maintaining standardized processes for document management including numbering, revision control, distribution, and review management, ensuring compliance with NRC, DOE, and other regulatory requirements. The role also involves defining document attributes, managing document workflows and transmittal processes, conducting audits and quality checks, developing dashboards and reporting tools, providing training and support, managing the CNO SharePoint for team collaboration, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Experience required includes 10+ years in document management with leadership abilities, experience in scaling enterprise document control systems in technical organizations, and deep understanding of NRC/DOE regulatory frameworks, NQA-1, ISO 9001, and electronic record keeping standards.
