General Purpose

As the Manager in Distribution, you will manage the day-to-day operations. Establish and implement business objectives, strategies, and plans. Manage and allocate financial and employee resources. Implement and support company programs and policies. Responsible for establishment and adherence to department budget. Develop innovative leadership techniques that will improve the safety, quality of work and performance in each employee group and to improve efficiencies.

Hiring Range: $119,400 - $154,400

This position is eligible for an annual discretionary performance incentive bonus of up to 15.00% of salary.
