About the Role

We are seeking a driven and curious Manager, Benefits and Pensions

to join our team. This role will lead all benefit and pension plans for approximately 800 employees throughout Canada. The ideal candidate will ensure that our benefit programs remain competitive in the market, familiar and understood by employees, and properly administered.

Note: Offices continue to be central to collaboration and Brookfield’s identity. This position requires the employee to be on-site for a minimum of 4 days to perform most effectively. We will reassess the approach on a as needed basis.
