The starting salary range for these positions are as follows:
Management Analyst I is $71,840 - $89,800, (based on qualifications). With tenure and strong performance in this role an employee may earn up to a maximum of $107,760, annualized.
Management Analyst II: $85,600 - $107,000 (based on qualifications). With tenure and strong performance in this role an employee may earn up to a maximum of $128,400, annualized.
Introductory Period: New employees holding regular positions must complete an introductory period of twelve months.

Overview
The Management Analyst I is responsible for supporting decision-making processes through analysis, reporting, and research to assist with operational, financial, resource, and strategic planning efforts. It involves maintaining project and operational data, monitoring performance metrics, and facilitating meetings to drive informed decision-making. The role also includes developing and implementing standardized reports, coordinating management reporting, and ensuring data accuracy and reliability. Additionally, this position assists with system development initiatives and process improvement projects as needed.
- Conduct or assist with decision support analysis and research to support operational, financial, resource, and strategic planning effort
- Maintain and update data systems with relevant financial, operational, or project-related information, such as budgets, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Monitor performance metrics, identify variances, and prepare supporting documentation. Evaluate data for accuracy and reliability
- Develop and implement monitoring processes, standardized reports, and coordinate the production of management reports.
- Organize and facilitate decision making meetings.

Overview
This position is primarily responsible for providing decision support analysis, reporting, and research to support operational, asset, financial and/or resource planning efforts.
