About the Role

We are seeking entry level and reliable Maintenance Technician with proven painting experience to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, can troubleshoot and repair a variety of issues, and takes pride in maintaining safe, clean, and well-kept properties.

Key Responsibilities

Perform general property maintenance and repairs

Complete painting projects, including surface preparation, patching, priming, and finishing

Respond promptly to work orders, service calls, and maintenance emergencies

Perform routine inspections to ensure properties remain in excellent condition

Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean, safe, and organized manner

Communicate effectively with property managers, tenants, and team members

Requirements

Reliable

Can do attitude and able to do physical work

Painting skills (prep, repair, and finish)

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work in tight spaces

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with building codes, OSHA standards, and safety best practices

Basic knowledge of preventative maintenance programs

Work Environment

Travel between multiple properties required (mileage reimbursement available if applicable)

Indoor and outdoor work in varying weather conditions
