Position Summary:

Walnut Grove Mutual Housing Association, Inc is looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician to join their team in the South Bend, IN area. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of all facilities.

Job Purpose: The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the physical integrity and appearance of our multifamily community. The technician will perform maintenance tasks, repairs, and other duties as assigned to ensure resident satisfaction, and to maintain the property to a high standard.
