Water is a resource and a byproduct of all that we do – a critical element in offshore, onshore, upstream and downstream activities. At Siemens Water Solutions, our core business is processing and treating water and wastewater, addressing specific needs from simple products to complex, fully integrated solutions and services.
The ideal candidate for this position should have the ability to work a flexible schedule and be able to analyze and resolve problems independently and efficiently. Ideal candidates will be able to provide thorough, detailed inspection on equipment and make necessary repairs. Candidates should also have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and participate in the development of new maintenance procedures. Candidates are subject to call-out service 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.
- Perform semi-complex maintenance and testing of equipment, and complete documentation/QAQC on all installations, inspections, maintenance, and repair work.
- Participate in morning safety meetings.
- Participate in trial runs, investigative tests, repairs, and overhauls.
- Respond to customer timelines for equipment.
- Participate in the assessment of semi-complex product/equipment performance based on test data and recommend modifications and/or improvements.
- Coordinate all repair work including logistics for 3rd party repair work.
- Manual lifting to 50Lbs multiple times per shift.
- Entering a confined space multiple times per week
- Working in confined space for vessel repairs & retrofit
- General /maintenance and labor on offshore equipment
- Be accountable for the readiness and reliability of equipment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License
- Reliable Transportation
- Experience in oilfield or related industry.
- Knowledge/Experience in Water Filtration
- 2-years’ experience in Oilfield Industry
- Leadership experience
