Located in Holland, MI, the City of Wyoming's Donald K. Shine Drinking Water Plant is seeking a qualified person to fill the position of Maintenance Technician 2. This position is responsible for a wide variety of drinking water plant maintenance. Examples can include repairing pumps, valves, plumbing, blowers, conveyors, centrifuges, mechanical equipment, HVAC systems, instrumentation, and more.

Desired qualifications include five years’ experience and license in a skilled trade, knowledge of water treatment systems, and a strong background in one or more of the following: mechanical, pumps, plumbing, automotive repair, HVAC, or maintenance in an industrial facility.

Wages for this position are dependent on qualifications and experience. Employees are eligible for a pay increase six months after hire.
