Kidwell is seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Maintenance Tech. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining and repairing various systems and equipment across construction sites and facilities. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities.

What You’ll Do:
•Routine Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on machinery, and building systems to ensure they are in optimal working condition.
•Identify and repair mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance issues in a timely and efficient manner.
•Assist in the installation of new systems and equipment, including machinery, fixtures, and other essential components.
•Diagnose problems using a variety of tools and techniques, and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime and operational disruptions.
•Follow all safety protocols and procedures, ensuring that maintenance work is performed safely and in compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
•Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections. Provide detailed reports as required.
•Work with other team members to support ongoing projects and address maintenance needs.
•Interact professionally with clients and stakeholders, providing clear explanations of issues and solutions as needed.
Do You Have What it Takes?:
•High school diploma or equivalent. Certifications in maintenance, mechanical systems, or related fields are a plus.
•Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role, with a broad understanding of various maintenance tasks and systems.
•Proficiency in handling a variety of tools and equipment for mechanical, plumbing, and general maintenance tasks.
•Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot various systems and equipment.
•Knowledge of safety standards and best practices.
•Good communication skills and ability to work well with others.
•Ability to lift heavy objects, work in various environments, and perform tasks that require physical effort.
