- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming maintenance supplies and parts.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using MVP.
- Issue tools, equipment, and parts to maintenance techs/ CNC techs/ Engineering techs/ HSE staff as needed.
- Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies to prevent shortages.
- Organize and label storeroom shelves for easy access and identification.
- Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Coordinate with vendors and purchasing department for order fulfillment.
- Ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping standards in the storeroom.
- Track usage trends and provide reports to management.
- Support maintenance team with administrative tasks as needed.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.
- Prior experience in inventory management or storeroom operations, preferably in a maintenance or manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with MVP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of facility equipment and infrastructure.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification (preferred but not required)
