- Schedule/Shift: Monday-Friday/3:00pm-11:30pm

- Pay: $22-30/hr + $0.25 shift differential

Tradebe is hiring a working Maintenance Supervisor to lead and support a team of Mechanics, Welders, and Technicians. This role is ideal for experienced tradespeople ready to step into leadership while continuing to work side-by-side with their team. You’ll help keep operations safe, efficient, and on track.

Key Job Responsibilities

- Supervise and work alongside maintenance personnel

- Assign daily tasks and monitor work quality and safety

- Train and support team members as needed

- Oversee maintenance and repairs for plant and mobile equipment

- Coordinate shutdowns and major projects

- Keep shop areas clean, organized, and compliant

- Track parts and tools inventory

- Operate and repair plant equipment as needed
