Your Impact

As a Maintenance Reliability Engineer, you will be a key driver of equipment reliability, process optimization, and continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance asset performance, reduce downtime, and improve safety, quality, and cost-efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support preventive and predictive maintenance strategies

- Analyze equipment failures and implement root cause analysis (RCA) and failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA)

- Drive continuous improvement using Lean tools: DMAIC, Value Stream Mapping, Pareto Analysis, Poka Yoke, Kanban

- Collaborate on equipment upgrades, process improvements, and capital projects

- Develop and track KPIs related to maintenance performance and reliability

- Facilitate training for maintenance technicians on best practices and safety procedures

- Utilize tools like SAP, QMOS, and CAD for data analysis and process documentation

- Champion 5S, standard audits, and safety initiatives

Your Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical preferred) OR 5+ years of relevant experience in maintenance, reliability, or manufacturing leadership

- Strong knowledge of steel manufacturing processes and heavy industrial equipment

- Experience with CMMS systems, preferably SAP

- Proficiency in data-driven decision making and process optimization

- Excellent communication and team leadership skills

- Familiarity with Operational Excellence, TPM, and Lean Manufacturing principles
