Maintenance Lead

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Inspect equipment, buildings and systems.

- Ensure equipment and machinery are working safely and efficiently.

- Repair equipment and structures.

- Work with preventative maintenance software.

- Manage heating and plumbing systems.

- Plan and schedule repairs.

- Conduct periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard.

- Perform general maintenance tasks including pneumatics, electrical, hydraulics and construction.

- Help implement the maintenance department budget.

- Maintain the inventory records for equipment and supplies.

- Lockout Tagout procedure.

- Support Safety Tailgates weekly.

- Familiar with Single phase and 3 phase electrical up to 480V.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Must have prior industrial maintenance experience.

· Excellent communications skills.

· Forklift experience
