Maintenance & Equipment Manager

W. Silver Recycling, Inc., is one of the nation's leading metals recyclers, with a presence covering the Southwest United States and Mexico. W. Silver Recycling has been operating for over 100 years servicing the unique recycling by-product needs of manufacturers in the southwest United States and Mexico.

We are seeking a Maintenance & Equipment Manager for our growing organization. Will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations and equipment performance (capacity and “up time”) for our metal recycling facilities. This strategic role is responsible for developing and implementing maintenance programs that ensure the reliability, safety, and efficiency of our equipment and infrastructure across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of heavy machinery, and a proven track record in a similar industrial environment.

General Duties & Responsibilities

- Schedules all maintenance activities

- Monitors operation of facility equipment and systems

- Monitors and analyzes maintenance parameters

- Ensure safety compliance

- Ensure EH&S compliance

- Maintains and updates training requirements

- Other duties as assigned
