Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various types of equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, as well as the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively.

Duties

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on different types of equipment such as conveyors, wash plants, & crushers.

- Read and interpret schematics to diagnose electrical issues and implement appropriate solutions.

- Conduct automotive diagnostics to identify problems in machinery.

- Fabricate parts as needed to ensure equipment functionality.

- Maintain systems and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

- Operate cranes safely while performing maintenance tasks.

- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections accurately.

- Collaborate with other technicians and departments to improve machinery reliability and performance.

Experience

- Proven experience as a service technician or in a similar maintenance role is required.

- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems is essential.

- Familiarity with diagnostics tools and techniques.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Certification or training in relevant fields (e.g., HVAC, electrical) is an advantage but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 – 50 per week
