Key Responsibilities:
Project Supervision:
•Oversee the daily operations of the construction site and ensure that the project progresses according to the construction schedule.
•Coordinate and supervise the activities of subcontractors, laborers, and other staff working on-site.
Safety Management:
•Ensure all construction work complies with safety regulations and company policies.
•Conduct regular site safety meetings and implement safety programs to minimize accidents and injuries.
•Inspect equipment and materials to ensure they are used safely and properly.
Quality Control:
•Monitor construction work to ensure it meets quality standards and project specifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
•High school diploma or GED (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred).
•Extensive experience in the construction industry (typically 5+ years) with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory role.
•Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices.
•Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project).
•In-depth understanding of construction safety standards and OSHA regulations.
•Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
•Ability to solve problems quickly and make decisions under pressure.
•Strong time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
•Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and drawings.
Preferred Qualifications:
•OSHA 30-hour certification.
•First Aid and CPR certification.
