Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, life safety and a strong background in sales, particularly in the low voltage electrical industry. This role involves identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting and networking.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

- Understand clients' needs and provide tailored low voltage electrical solutions.

- Prepare and present proposals and quotations to clients.

- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and competitors.

- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless project execution.

- Attend industry events, trade shows, and meetings as required.

Qualifications: Preferred but not required

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the low voltage electrical industry.

- Some knowledge and a willingness to learn low voltage systems such as security, cabling, fire alarm, and access control.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to understand technical information and translate it into compelling sales propositions.

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
