Overview
We are seeking a skilled Logistics Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our company's logistics and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing the transportation, distribution, and warehousing of goods.
Responsibilities
•
Manage and coordinate logistics operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, transportation planning, and materials handling
•
Oversee warehouse activities such as picking, packing, and materials handling
•
Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and CMMS to track inventory and optimize processes
•
Ensure efficient e-commerce order fulfillment processes
•
Collaborate with internal teams to improve overall supply chain efficiency
•
Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
Qualifications
•
Proven experience in logistics management, preferably in a warehouse environment
•
Proficiency in AS400 or similar warehouse management software
•
Strong knowledge of transportation planning and materials handling techniques
•
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
•
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities effectively
•
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field is a plus
