Lobby Ambassador Monday - Friday (9:30pm-1:30pm)

Job opportunity available for Lobby Ambassador

Ideal candidates will have 1+ year experience with customer service or enjoys working with people

Hours: MONDAY-FRIDAY (1:30pm-5:30pm)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Make sure building entrance doors stay open during business hour

- Hourly rounds checking building

- Assist and maintain safety and security of building and individuals within

- Provide assistance to building tenants, owners, and visitors

- Report concerns, repairs needed, and emergencies, etc.

- Other tasks assigned as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

- 1+ year experience with customer service or people person

- Candidate must be very RELIABLE and ON-TIME, organized and pay attention to detail

- Able to quickly learn new tools and technologies

- Able to work independently and willing to perform a variety of tasks

- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.67 - $19.00 per hour
