Line Design Technician

Provide excellent service to member-consumers through prompt and efficient responses to requests for service or information. Enhance the reliability and efficiency of the distribution system by designing facility additions and modifications in compliance with Rural Utilities Services (RUS) specifications and the National Electric Safety Code (NESC). Support energy efficiency initiatives and promote positive public relations by informing and advising the public on the safe and efficient use of electricity and fiber-optic networks. Must demonstrate strong oral, written, and electronic communication skills, along with the analytical ability to evaluate operational trends and recommend improvements.
