Line Cook

Our restaurant is searching for a motivated Line Cook to join our team.

Line Cook duties and responsibilities

Subject but not limited to - Responsible to Prep food for line, cooking dinners, Cooking food to order, Working tournaments, keeping kitchen and dishwasher clean. Line Cooks are responsible for delivering food that is not only delicious and cooked to the specifications of the customer but that is safe and fresh as well.

Responsibilities:

Ensure ingredients and final products are fresh

Maintain a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment and dishes

Handle and store ingredients and food Maintain food safety and sanitation standards

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and best practices

Teamwork-oriented

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
