Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanic to join our team. Duties
•
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various types of machinery and equipment.
•
Diagnose mechanical issues using tools such as an ohmmeter to assess electrical components.
•
Conduct inspections to identify potential problems before they escalate.
•
Replace worn or damaged parts and ensure all repairs meet safety standards.
•
Maintain accurate records of maintenance performed and parts used.
•
Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
•
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while working in the shop or field.
Qualifications
•
Proven experience as a Mechanic or in a similar role is preferred.
•
Strong understanding of mechanical systems, including engines, transmissions, and electrical components.
•
Familiarity with diagnostic tools, particularly an ohmmeter, is highly desirable.
•
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues effectively and efficiently.
•
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
•
Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
•
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in mechanics or related fields are a plus.
