We have high comp levels. If you are already licensed that is Preferred. If your are not licensed we do offer training to help you pass your state test. This is commission pay only. If you do not work you will not be paid. This 1099 Commission based job is only commission pay. No hourly pay. It is for flexible full time and part time positions. The job is very straight forward selling life insurance products. You dont have to sell to your family or friends. We have lead venders to buy leads from. There is no free leads, we have trusted vendors you buy leads from to sell insurance to. The pay is very well. The process starts with a phone call interview to go a little over the position to see if it is a good fit for you. To be able to start getting paid you will need to be licensed with the state. It cost $95 to take the California state exam. $35 for fingerprint and background check. So about a rough $130 investment. Duties
•Conduct telemarketing calls to generate leads and promote insurance products.
•Analyze clients' needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
•Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
•Engage in outside sales activities, including networking and attending community events to expand client base.
•Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
•Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to provide informed advice.
•Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall performance.
•Utilize bilingual or multilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
Experience
•Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
•Strong background in customer service with demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients.
•Experience in telemarketing or outside sales is a plus.
•Familiarity with HIPAA regulations is beneficial for handling sensitive information.
•Ability to analyze client needs and market trends effectively.
