Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Site Lead to oversee and coordinate various construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction, with expertise in flooring installation, tile laying, and other essential skills. As a Site Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires excellent leadership abilities, effective communication skills, and a hands-on approach to project management.

Responsibilities

•

Supervise and coordinate daily activities on the job site to ensure smooth operations.

•

Lead a team of construction workers and subcontractors, providing guidance and support as needed.

•

Oversee flooring installation, tile laying, caulking, electrical work, and construction painting tasks.

•

Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate execution of project specifications.

•

Utilize power tools effectively and safely for various construction tasks.

•

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

•

Manage project timelines and report progress to upper management.

•

Assist in plumbing and restoration tasks as required by project needs.

Requirements

•

Proven experience in construction with a focus on flooring installation, tile laying, caulking, electrical work, power tools usage, construction painting, plumbing, and restoration.

•

Strong ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.

•

Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members.

•

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

•

Ability to work effectively under pressure while managing multiple tasks.

•

Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods.

•

Valid driver's license may be required depending on job site locations.
