This position is responsible for supporting all regulatory activities for Urenco USA. Works in the area of Compliance. Interfaces with employees and managers at all levels of the organization and externally with governmental agencies. Adheres to the foundational behaviors, company values and Urenco behaviors.

+ 4 years of related work experience in lieu of an Associate s degree.
Experience:
- 1 3 years of direct work experience at a nuclear facility.
Education:
* Bachelor's degree in Regulatory Affairs, Mechanical, Chemical, or Nuclear Engineering.
Experience:
+ 3 5 years of direct work experience.
+ Change Authority experience (e.g., 70.72, 50.59, 95.19, USQE).
- Work Location:
Urenco USA, Eunice, NM / Hybrid Can be mostly remote (25% 50%)
- Work Schedule:
Professional work schedule with minimal night/weekend support. Some nights and weekend work may be required.
- Travel Required:
5% or less
- Security Clearance:
Controlled Access Area (CAA) and an L or Q level security clearance is required.
- Emergency Response:
Emergency Response Organization (ERO) duty may be required; including being on-call (24/7) during your designated team duty week.
- Work Environment:
Radiological exposure expectations of <100 mrem/yr. General Office and Plant Production Areas.
- Confidentiality:
Responsible for the protection of confidential and proprietary information received during employment.* Support and address all regulatory activities for Urenco USA.
* Prepare correspondence, represent the site during inspections, peer reviews, and write reports.
* Prepare written correspondence to regulators including reports, amendment requests, NOV responses, RAI responses, and technical letters.
* Review and advise on new or upcoming regulatory changes.
* Lead regulatory inspections and ensure issues are resolved in the Corrective Action Program.
* Review and process modifications to licensing basis documents, perform and approve 70.72 reviews, and SAR impact reviews.
* Assist with procedure revisions, interdisciplinary reviews, export control reviews, and Licensing Event reviews.
* Support Corrective Action Program investigations and scheduling/status meetings.

Compensation�Range: $98,761 $146,169 / year and up, dependent on candidate.
