Licensed Master Plumber

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Master Plumber licensed in MA and NH to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and expertise in plumbing systems, installations, maintenance, and repairs.

As a Master Plumber with Bath Flip, you will be responsible for overseeing plumbing projects, filing permits when necessary, ensuring compliance with local building codes, and providing guidance and mentorship to junior plumbers, installers, and apprentices. You will be expected to handle complex customer issues, diagnose problems accurately, and implement effective solutions promptly.

Your role will involve working closely with project managers, installation teams, and clients to ensure plumbing systems are installed and maintained to the highest standards.

The successful candidate must possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong and positive communication skills are essential, as you will be interacting with clients, contractors, and team members regularly.
