Sentinel Integrity Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Level II Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) Technician to join our team in Pasadena, Texas. We offer leading pay for the right professional who is committed to safety, quality, and a strong work ethic.
As an NDE Technician, you will primarily be responsible for performing inspections using Ultrasonic Thickness Testing (UTT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), and Penetrant Testing (PT) in accordance with client specifications.
- Perform UTT, MT, and PT inspections on various equipment and components.
- Generate accurate NDE reports detailing inspection findings.
- Follow and interpret Piping and Instrument Diagrams (P&IDs) and Isometric drawings.
- Redline drawings as required to reflect field conditions.
- Embrace and uphold Sentinel’s stringent commitment to safety and quality inspection standards.
- Participate in all required Environmental, Health, & Safety (EH&S) initiatives and training programs.
- Current Level II NDE Certification(s) in UTT, PT, and MT, OR the required classroom and On-the-Job Training (OJT) hours needed to immediately certify as a Level II Technician.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel).
- Solid knowledge of NDE techniques and processes.
- Must be a local candidate (no per diem provided).
- Ability to obtain a TWIC Card prior to starting.
- Must pass a drug test and background screening.
- A team-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.
- Highly responsible, reliable, and dependable.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed to meet project demands.
- Additional NDE certifications or general inspection experience is a plus.
