Legal Research Attorney II - Employee Contract_ (Hybrid Schedule)

Conducts legal research on issues of procedural and substantive law in various areas of the law, including but not limited to personal injury, premises and products liability, environmental and employment law.

Prepares briefs, pleadings, written discovery, correspondence, declarations, contracts and other legal documents.

Interviews witnesses, and prepares witnesses to testify at deposition, hearings and/or trial officers, and public agencies under the guidance and supervision of an experienced attorney.

Conducts depositions of experts, parties and witnesses.

Makes appearances before judges, commissioners, hearing officers and public agencies.

Performs other duties as assigned (no more than 5% of duties).
