Legal Operations Manager

Thanks for your interest in Oklo! We are searching for a Legal Operations Manager to join our Legal team.

Position Description:

The Legal Operations Manager will play a crucial role helping our Legal team build a scalable and resilient operational legal infrastructure to support the Company's continuing growth. More specifically, the Legal Operations Manager will focus on contract lifecycle management, corporate governance (in particular overseeing our subsidiaries and managing our intercompany agreements), outside counsel management, and other key areas of administrative support. In particular, this role will help us utilize technology and build processes to help us reliably manage our complex legal requirements in a manageable, efficient, and ultimately scalable way. We are looking for a candidate who has a background as a paralegal, and can additionally pitch in with routine matters under the supervision of the Head of Legal, including review of routine contracts and assisting with filing and docketing.

About Oklo compensation: $100,000-150,000
