Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lease Buyer located in Oklahoma City, OK. The Lease Buyer will be responsible for conducting negotiations to acquire new leases and leasehold, conducting due diligence on potential acquisitions, and assisting with the determination of mineral rights.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in acquisitions and negotiations

- Lease Acquisition, Negotiation, and Determination of Mineral Rights skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

- Ability to work on-site in Oklahoma City, OK

- Ability to meet specific deadlines, daily and weekly, based on current internal and client needs

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; specifically, Excel and Word

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Land Management, or a related field is preferred but not required
