Job Objective: Analyzes, monitors, and maintains the terms and obligations imposed by company leases and contracts in order to maintain company assets. Essential Job Responsibilities:* Analyzes and interprets terms and conditions of oil and gas leases, contracts, conveyances, and other documents relating to company’s assets.
Qualifications:* Three (3) years minimum lease analysis experience, preferably with producing properties, with working knowledge of new and changing technology, statutes, rules, regulations, and legislative issues affecting the oil and gas industry.
Required: Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint) and oil and gas related land software.
Preferred: Microsoft Access and Enertia ERP Software.
