At LCRA, we are seeking a driven Learning and Development Specialist to support our Generation group in Wholesale Power Services. This is an opportunity to develop engaging instructional content for our power plant facilities and supporting organizations. In this role you will collaborate closely with technical experts within operations, maintenance, environmental and engineering teams.
