LCRA Safety is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will design, develop and produce training materials for our internal users, customers, and LCRA leadership. Our ideal candidate will develop Instructor-Led Training, Virtual-Instructor Led Training, Web-Based Training, Micro-learning and social learning strategies. You are a good fit if you have prior experience in the development of learning science applied in adult learning, crafting curriculums, course evaluations and assessments.
