About This Job

Energy Management Solutions is looking for experienced and qualified "Insulation Crew Chiefs" to start work immediately!

This position includes the following but is not limited to:

•

Lead a crew to complete weatherization jobs in Rockland, Westchester, and Orange counties.

•

Ability to begin and complete an insulation project and nearly everything in between.

•

Ability to identify and clearly communicate potential changes to a scope of work.

•

Perform an initial walk-through with the homeowner so they fully understand our plan of action during the installation.

•

Communicate with customers throughout the job and provide updates as needed.

•

Prompt notification of job changes to ensure accurate invoices and customer awareness.

•

Identify additional materials needed for jobs, load trucks, and prep worksites.

•

Adhere to safety and health regulations and all company policies.

•

Complete the final walk-through with the homeowner to ensure proper installation of all contracted measures.

Requirements and Preferences:

•

We are seeking a candidate with extensive insulation installation experience.

•

A valid Driver's License is a crucial requirement for this role. It's not just a preference; it's a necessity!

•

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
